It was my first visit to the Sterling Ridge location and it was a nice experience.
We have had to consistently redo my wife's pants as the crease is wrong. Despite complaints it happens repeatedly.
Average dry cleaning at outrageous prices. I was charged $7+ per pair of pants. Similar pick up services (which I will be returning to) are half of that or less.

Super friendly service. Clothes look really good. I like that you charge the same price for women’s shirts as you do for men’s shirts. I left my previous dry cleaner because they were charging me almost TWICE as much to launder and press my shirts as they did my husband’s shirts.
Sweaters felt really good.
You no longer provide monthly coupons for laundered shirts and your prices are too high without the discount. You are no longer competitive!!
