The service I get from the people working the counter is always excellent. The reason for two stars is because you lost a pair of my pants and then sent me a message saying that they were located. When I went to pick them up, I was told they were still lost and I provided a description and the cost of the pants. I received a $5 gift card in the mail, but have not heard from anybody at the store about my pants or received any offer to pay for the loss other than the $5 gift card. We have had horrible experiences. Almost every time you break a button on my husbands shirt (which are not cheap) or crack part of it. We have complained and last week brought the Ted Baker button in to have you put it back on then we got it back with some cheap button. I returned it and then it was returned with the tiny collar button instead of the regular sized button.

Everything was fine, except there was a spot on the pocket of one of my button up shirts that happened after I dropped it off. It appeared to look like a highlighter yellow color, and you tried to clean it but couldn't so just left a note. But you were the one who got the stain on the shirt.

You ruined a $148.00 sweater that I bought in October 2015...massively stretched it out, left a large snag, and it was hanging on a wire hanger which left hanger marks on the shoulders. I'm waiting to see how this matter is dealt with by management. The sweater is no longer wearable.

My wife brought in a sweater for cleaning. When she got the sweater back it was so stretched out that it looked like a dress. She brought it back and was told that they would take care of it. A few days later we received an email that the sweater was ready. She took the sweater home and it was just a long as it was the first time. She brought it back yesterday and she has heard nothing since. We are awaiting a decision as to what will be done.

I would like to see an accounting of the price charged and any discounts that were applied. This could appear in the email I receive notifying me that my garments are ready for pickup. I do not like being presented with a bill for the net amount when I don't know what the net should be. If this were done you would surely be rated 5 stars.
