Overcharged me double from the previous 100 times I used your service
After picking up my shirts I took my Mattress Cover to be cleaned at your E. Bell Road/Thompson Peak Parkway Tide Cleaners and was told by the girl behind the counter, "they don't do those!" Please tell me where am I to take my household item to be cleaned? Frustrated, Allan

Tide lost our clothes and didn’t communicate until we reached out.
It was my first time at this cleaners and I had really high hopes. When I dropped my jacket off I showed the girl a small stain on the sleeve and she just nodded. I didn’t inspect the jacket when I picked it up and was going to wear it to an even when I noticed the stain still there..it didn’t even look like they really touched the jacket. The only reason I gave it two stars was because it was ready the following day.
Disappointed that you were not able to get a stain out, but that is not a major problem. Very annoyed at your continual push for reviews.
Completely inexpert the employees, by the way they did laundry on some shirts 👔 that need dry cleaning. Terrible Job
I have not been to your business in years. You seem to have put someone else’s order under my account, then lost his pants and called me to tell me they were found.
