My wife's clothes were in for mending. One item was never mended and the other was lost.
I dropped off a dress to be repaired and it was not completely repaired. One of my dresses wasn't cleaned due to a zipper issue, but I didn't get any notification prior to pick-up and even though I spelled my name for the young lady, she still spelled it incorrectly. Not to mention the prices were a bit high. I had a coupon but forgot to present it at time of dropoff so no discount. This was my 1st visit ever to Delia's
I had requested heavy starch and the shirts came back with either light or no starch. The shirts are being redone.
My garments were OK, however, my wife's jeans did not have the crease in the legs and it almost appears as though they were not dry cleaned at all. My pants looked much better.
I would like the stays replaced in my shirt collars. I might have to go elsewhere if this can't be done.
Great job. My comforter looks awesome.
Terrible, an expensive suit jacket was lost and I had to call back to for follow up because I had not heard anything, the kid who took my original report of my lost item did nothing. I then get a letter 2 was later telling me that all items were accounted for, so basically I am out an expensive jacket, very disappointed, I will not use your services again and will let others know what could happen to them.
I have had a good experience at Delia's until my comforter came back unacceptable. It does not look the same and the lining in the corners are not connected any longer. They are processing a claim but has taken much longer to get processed than I was told.
Very fast - my stuff was ready in less than two days, and good prices
