My clothes turned out great as they usually do. My complaint is that Tide closed their location closest to my home, which also had drive thru service. Unfortunately, the new location is not only further away from my home, they no longer have drive thru service available. I’ll more than likely be looking for a dry cleaner that is closer to my residence in the near future.
Very nicely done. Liked that my comforter was hung and had no wrinkles. A little pricey but worth it.
Very pleased with the customer service and thoroughness when dropping off the items. A commitment was made for timing and the timing, especially in these times, was very acceptable. There was communication about the readiness of the order - which by the way was hours earlier than committed. The items we had cleaned were done perfectly, packaged in a way to keep them clean and transport home, and did not have a chemical smell to them. Clean and fresh! Thank you, will use you again!
Jason was excellent. He explained why they couldn't clean my comforter. No problem.
Courteous and kind staff. Clothes were treated with excellence! My son's uniform pants were washed with a red fleece blanket and returned good as new!
