I asked for extra heavy starch and, in my opinion starch was light only. Otherwise, service was good and the turnaround time is great!

Great experience
Stumbled on Tide cleaners because my prior dry cleaner unexpectedly went out of business. WOW, what a pleasant surprise. Store was crystal clean, staff was super friendly, and pricing was comparable. I dropped off at 8am and received a text at 4pm saying to come on over to pick it up. WOW So Impressed!

It seems that whenever I take cleaning in to tide cleaners, an item is rejected. We are professionals and have used dry cleaners for years. I’m not used to receiving items back that are rejected.
