All the staff at tide cleaners is always so efficient and courteous. I really appreciate them.
We had a friendly greeting and the shirts were ready when they said they would be. Also, I appreciated getting an email when they were ready.

I had a spot on a jumpsuit I wore to my daughters wedding and a few around the hem. Tide cleaners did a great job getting it perfectly clean.

My $350.00 comforter was essentially ruined by the dry cleaning process, so you wouldn’t think it’d be selecting 5 stars, but no, it’s not a mistake. Mistakes happen, and despite being faced with a frustrating issue, Ashley Duran, the District Manager, took ownership of the issue, made herself readily available, and showed a genuine concern with respect to my experience.
