We are always greeted by name and with a big smile when we drop off or pick up our laundry. The ladies we love at Swanson's always make us feel good. Esther, the manager, is awesome. She is like one of our family. Vicky is one of the friendliest people we have ever known. They and the others who are part of Esther's team keep us coming back. We have brought our laundry and dry cleaning to Esther for as long as she has been there. Wonderful lady!

Tried to pick up my clothes Saturday morning waited 15 minute and left called later no one answered left a message. Called again still no answer Finally picked up clothes yesterday with a girl that had 1-2 inch nails that was grumpy never apologized for the delays and could barely type on the computer. Will not be going back.
$145 for 2 sleeping bags. And didn’t take cash. Other than that my stuff was cleaned very well. But expensive and hade to go to the atm and put cash on my card to pay. I’ll be trying the loomis dry cleaners next time.

The cleaning has a strange odor. I'm trying to air my 6 silk shirts out!
I stopped going to this Swansons about 10 years ago because they refused to accept my US Dollars! I assumed it to be just a quirk of the crabby old lady that owned the franchise! My wife recently dropped a load of clothes there last week….. I just assumed after ten years it would be under new management. I picked up my dry cleaning yesterday ( Monday Aug 15th) and guess what? My US Dollars were again refused! I will NEVER return! Something very un American and nothing to do with Covid!! Go rot in hell! John McLough... read more
