Nice Staff, Cleaning done a day early, what more can I ask for!
I'm not a new customer; I just haven't had any dry cleaning for a number of years. I've used Swansons for nearly 30 years. Why? Esther! She is professional, respectful and friendly. I used to wear only suits and so had a chance to visit weekly. She has been consistently the bright spot in my experience of having dark spots removed. You are lucky to have her as your representative.
The service was great but the price was very high.
Had a comforter laundered and got it back before set date. Staff is very friendly. Good experience.
Your staff was very friendly and greeted me with a smile. She got me in the system quickly and I felt my item would be cared for and cleaned properly. Although I live down the street in FLE, this was my 1st visit but not my last. Your prices are competitive and I heard you were pricey. You are not pricey at all.
