The service was great, as usual.
Dry-cleaning was OK, however the technician must have had a really bad day! The blouse was returned to me with a shredded neckline!!😡 I think that it's a gamble to send clothing to this particular Swanson's!!!😝 Unsatisfactory customer service!!!!!
It only looks like they clean half of the shirt as long as the other side was partially covered they didn’t care and left a big stain. Will not be coming back.
There were some stains on a dress, and they are gone.
We brought in a blanket with tassels, the tassels were not knotted when brought in and no issues were mentioned by the clerk who accepted it for dry cleaning. When we picked it up the tassels were hopelessly knotted on one end and clearly no effort had been made to clean it in a way to preserve the tassels.
Sorry, but $8.50 to dry clean a shirt is too expensive.

It was the biggest hassle ever I gave you my credit card info at the store and then I had multiple phone calls saying we don't have your card info so I give the girl my credit card info again and then they call me again stating that we don't have your card info it was a huge headache and complete inconvenience and then someone else calls from your corp office and I gave the my card info again. You need to have. You need to have better training for your staff! Very disappointed!
I have a wool coat that I really like. It was on my back seat and at some point made its way to the floor and had yogurt spilled on it by my children. I didn't find it till days later and the yogurt was dried hard. When I discovered it I put it on my garage work bench thinking perhaps I would try to work on it with a stiff scrub brush. To add insult to injury, the next day I found two of my cats curled up on it, cat hair covering it.
