I loved everything about the experience except the price. Swansons is about 20% higher than my former cleaner, who seemed to have gone out of business without a trace, just a “for lease” sign in their now empty location.
Just wanted to let you know that your hook is too thick for the door frame and it is not fitting there. You might want to consider use of metal hooks that are thinner and sturdier.

I appreciated the email reminder when I failed to pick up my item when it was ready.
I was very pleased with the service and dry cleaning! To get free pick up and drop off at our house was a nice option.
Although your email indicated I was a new customer I have been a Swanson’s customer for 30+ years. My only issue is that your computers were not working so I couldn’t pay with my credit card and had to leave my credit card number to be used later. Something I don’t like to do but your clerk seemed trustworthy and I didn’t want to have to make another trip to pick up my cleaning.
Unfortunately my husbands dress shirts were less than satisfactory on the pressing side. Huge pressed in creases and wrinkles. I called this morning and I was advised by a female who said she was the assistant Mgr that sometimes shirts just have deep creased wrinkles. She also stated I could bring the shirts back and the manager could decide what steps to take. I took pictures of the shirts however I decided to just iron them myself. The in store visit was good.
