Too expensive! I will not be using your services, and will continue with my door-to-door service - better and cheaper.
Lower your prices. Your dry cleaning charges for casual shirts are not competive and not worth the convenience of your location.
I loved everything about the experience except the price. Swansons is about 20% higher than my former cleaner, who seemed to have gone out of business without a trace, just a “for lease” sign in their now empty location.
Just wanted to let you know that your hook is too thick for the door frame and it is not fitting there. You might want to consider use of metal hooks that are thinner and sturdier.
