I was in town on work and needed a garment cleaned. I stopped by in El Dorado Hills. The garment was a cardigan with a large stain on it. I asked the young lady if I could get the garment back the next day. She communicated that Swansons has a 24 hour service but I would have to pay more. I communicated 3 times about my concern with the stain. She told me they would take care of it. When I came to pick the garment up the next day, the stain was still there.
