Very nice work
I reviewed Swansons Cleaners in El Dorado Hills right after I had used their service for the very first time. I gave them three stars because I paid for expedited service and the item was not cleaned of stains when I picked it up. I received a phone call from someone at Swansons on the 25th of October apologizing for the lack of communication and service I received and she offered to give me a refund and took my Credit Card information. I was in town on work and needed a garment cleaned. I stopped by in El Dorado Hills. The garment was a cardigan with a large stain on it. I asked the young lady if I could get the garment back the next day. She communicated that Swansons has a 24 hour service but I would have to pay more. I communicated 3 times about my concern with the stain. She told me they would take care of it. When I came to pick the garment up the next day, the stain was still there.
