clean, quick, and friendly... beautiful results
Terrible experience. First, the staff and their guest were not masked. Next, my items were sitting unwrapped and on the floor when I arrived. The staff mumbled something about that. Then she teetered the items on a tiny counter and expected me to balance them while she rang me up and I paid, when there was a giant counter to her left that would have made things way easier. And finally, when i got home I found my items to be missing buckles. Definitely not the Swanson experience of the past. Sad.
Love the reliable pick up and drop off. Always willing to fix a button, etc.
First of all, you don’t accept cash. Second, it cost double of what it cost at my normal Dry Cleaners.
Item not ready when initially stated it would be ready.
Once again, I’ve been forced to return a pair of pants without a crease in them...despite repeatedly asking that the pants be creased...both verbally, and when I’ve requested a pick up online...AND your system has a clear notation including my request that ALL pants be creased. I’ve been repeatedly assured that they will always be creased, but the system has failed me. Not sure if there’s a way to correct this, given my multiple efforts to do so. Maybe I’l have to try another cleaner to do my cleaning.
Too expensive. Unacceptable excuses for using dry cleaning on launder-able shirts. No disclosure at drop off that everyday shirts would end up costing $6 each. Partly my error for not asking, but 1st visit there, dropping shirts I’ve had done nicely elsewhere for $2.50 each. I will NEVER return.
Way. Way too pricey. $29 for two sundresses. Spots left on one of them. I won’t be back.
Way over priced! Will not be back
