You did a great job on cleaning ties. I asked to pick up clothes but you delivered them..not what I asked but worked out still. You did not return my blue bag with name on it.
The cleaning was good, but I feel it was too expensive.
I brought in 12 men's dress shirts to be laundered. Unfortunately, when I picked them up, I was charged different prices for the shirts. It's not like some were silk or some other material. Not sure why this happened and why there was no explanation of this when I dropped the shirts off. Disappointed.
This was my first experience with Swansons. I was expecting delivery on Wednesday, June 21, but was notified that the delivery truck was in need of repair and my delivery was rescheduled for Thursday. Unfortunately, I was needed one of the items and went and picked up most of my items from the Gold River location. It wasn't much of a bother as I live very close to that location.

I had a few shirts with stainsI thought had ruined the shirts. I was told " we will do our best but we can't make any promises." This was expected. My shirts were ready when I was told they would be and they saved the 2 shirts. Great service!

Youi did great. I would like to have a list of your prices however. This would be helpful when dropping items off to your store. I noticed that my drop off receipt said 9 ldy shirt but they were actually my husbands dress shirts.
