I put instructions to have shirts folded when requesting pick up on line and they came on hangers This happens every time!

The staff was well trained and pleasant. They seemed to know their jobs. The site was well maintained. Now for the bad news. I left a suit, shirt and 2 ties for cleaning. I got back the suit shirt and one of the ties back well processed and clean. One of my ties was missing and there were multiple stories about it. One said it was given to another customer. Another said it was sent to another outlet. It took about 2 weeks to be told it appeared to be lost and a 3rd week for me to receive a check for the lost tie.

I requested a rush order. I arrived 5 minutes after close. I saw the clerk and knocked on tbe door. She completely ignored me. I have been a Swsnsons customer for two years. I dont plan on returning. Customer Service is extremely important. Also you charged me an additional fee to dry clean a small belt attached to my dress. Bad service and greedy.

My first time there. I told them about the belt tie to the outfit and to make sure it’s pressed flat. It was not. Not happy. Should have received a discount.

I needed two men’s shirts just pressed and was charged $20 and change. WHAT?? No cleaning, no washing, just pressing. I was shocked.

One mens jacket and one navy "Pea coat" and you charged me 25.00...what a joke, I will never go to your rip off scam again....that was shameful and egregiously expensive...I guess you think the Gold River people can afford it as you fleece them without a care...I just made a mistake and thought you would be a regular dry cleaner!...I was quoted at under 20 when I dropped the coats off and then when they came back they added 5 for "pet hair" removal....what the hell did I pay for on the original quote which was already outrag... read more

I am a long time customer. I only have one piece of clothing dry cleaned once a year and that is my coat. I'll visit the location again next year.

I had an embroidered piece that desperately needed cleaning. The 'kit' I used said dry cleaning would be okay. Unfortunately, a couple areas will need to be re-done (re-sewn) as a result of the chemical reactions with the yarn. ['Loops' of yarn at a couple locations turned into mangled masses! Who knew!?!] That is no big deal. The 'kit' is decades old, so their recommendation for dry cleaning may well no longer apply ... different chemicals, etc. from when the kit was developed. One of my button up shirts was returned with tears. The employees stated it had to do with a stain (blood stain). In my experience, blood does not cause tears.
