Several times I’ve utilized the Sun Coast Cleaners, Christy has been available to help me with my Dry Cleaning order and even went so far as finding my un-named Order as well. Today, I observed her coming out to the Front to assist a new Customer and was effective in her communication with the Customer. And has provided me with Outstanding Customer Service. If there was some type of compensation to provide would be very satisfactory 100%.

We need to get back to same-day turnaround. There should be some kind of way to drop off clothes after-hours or Sundays. Like a night deposit box for banks. You are killing your store employees. They are exhausted and underpaid.
Hello We have been using your service for more than 10 years, Pasadena and Gulfport. Great service.! We tried setting up home delivery but no one would answer the office phone.
