I recently had a problem with an item that was damaged. They gave me a generous credit for the cost of the item and refunded the dry cleaning cost. You can’t ask for more than that. We’ve been a customer for 16 years.

The quality seems to be inconsistent. Many times I have had to repress my shirts because they have a huge creases in multiple spots. Also, the loyalty program is terrible. I spend a lot of money and I don’t even get a discount once in awhile.
