I have been using the Venice location for a couple months or so. Until recently, I always had my items well taken care and a courteous service. About 6 weeks ago, one of my white shirt did not get the proper treatment. Came back with some yellow stain around the collar, sleeves and some buttons turned yellow as well. hate the new automated system. I changed from another cleaners to you for the personal attention and service. no longer there. I will find another store for my cleaners. Sorry

Larry - Sorry to hear you will be leaving us since the same customer service reps (which I have to agree with you they have outstanding customer service) are still on staff at the store for your personal attention. The beauty of the 24/7 kiosk is it is always there to serve those in need during our non- traditional business hours especially on holidays and Sundays when we would normally be closed. This added feature has been well received in the four counties Sun Country Cleaners serves in the Tampa Bay Area.
Ive been going to Sun Country for a couple of years. I enjoyed the employees and quality of work. I went to drop off several items to discover that the employees are gone and they wanted me to use a new “drop off and pick up system”. Sorry, I’m not interested. I don’t want to risk using a system like this. I took my clothing elsewhere.

The clerk was rude, stains on my scarf was not removed, even I gave permission second time. One scarf wasn’t ironed even second time. I removed stains myself at home, without ruining scarf. I just waisted money and got upset with service. Terrible expirience
I had clicked on your previous offers of 25% off household items and also $5 off regular cleaning. I brought a comforter today for cleaning and was told that the 5 dollar discount would be applied. I requested that the 25% discount should be applied (if not both) and was told that the system would not allow the change. I think that's wrong. Please make the change to #51, 08/23 10:03AM. Good prompt service but incredibly expensive for simple waist alteration and single piece dry cleaning.
I Tried to take advantage of your 25% off dry clean household items sale on 2 throw pillows. Upon picking them up, was surprised that the bill was $40.80. And that was with the 25% off. To make matters worse, one of the pillows looked great but the other is quite lumpy. Not only can You feel the lumps but you can also see the lumps... in just one of the pillows!
