I dropped my husband ‘s pants off and ask that they be hung by the waist. When I picked them up they were not hung by the waist, the nice young lady said she take them back and once again ask they be hung by the waist. I picked them up again, and again they were not hung by the waist, I give up

hate it.I stated before, I like personal servide (drop off and pick up) witht courtious people. my experience with your "computer" was lousy. magnified by a person talking to me as if I was an idiot. I went back to another store with conventional service and smilng clerks
This is the first time I used the 24/7 drop off. Jacaranda Blvd. Venice. Everything was seamless... EXCEPT... I put a note for heavy starch on my shirts. NONE of my shirts have starch... 1/2 of them were labeled MEDIUM STARCH... Your state of the art system doesn't work if your people don't follow directions at the plant. A lot of money per shirt for you to get it wrong...
Not happy want to see a real person. I have been a good customer for five years and had a nice relationship with the young ladies working at the Jacaranda and center street location!.They took extra special attention to my needs. The machine did not even say Hello or thank you! ☹️

We brought in three pairs of my husband’s dress slacks. Two were cleaned and pressed perfectly. The other pair we are going to have to bring back to you as they have spots-all over them. Looks as if something was spelled on them and Pressed in. I will be bringing them in on Monday, and if this cannot be remedied, we will not be using you again. Linda and Charles Taylor.

I have been using the Venice location for a couple months or so. Until recently, I always had my items well taken care and a courteous service. About 6 weeks ago, one of my white shirt did not get the proper treatment. Came back with some yellow stain around the collar, sleeves and some buttons turned yellow as well. The beauty of the 24/7 kiosk is it is always there to serve those in need during our non- traditional business hours especially on holidays and Sundays when we would normally be closed. This added feature has been well received in the four counties Sun Country Cleaners serves in the Tampa Bay Area.
