On time clothes look great reasonable price and professional efficient staff
I’ve using suncountry cleaners in Venice for over three years, and have been very happy from quality of work, too pricing, to courtesy and professionalism of staff inperticular Cristina really stands out!
Suit doesn’t look like it was cleaned…or pressed❓
All my dry cleaning is perfect.. however, how do I get an itemized receipt so I know how much everything cost? How do I know my 20% discount was applied? This is my only issue with your service! Please clarify!

There was no signage or messaging at kiosk regarding your stance on only dry cleaning Robert Graham clothing. I had no idea until I picked up shirt and was billed $8.96 which I had to pay to retrieve shirt. I wasn’t happy about that and only knew because the person working was helping someone check in and I asked is it $9 a shirt. She too was confused at first but then noticed the maker of the shirt.
HATE THE "MACHINE" THAT REPLACED THE PERSONAL SERVICE, i WILL NOT USE YOU FOR CLEANING AGAIN.

Please note that the same customer service rep is there every day from 12– 7pm and sometimes earlier.
