Wow! It was terrible. The people writing the other reviews where they are saying the service is so great, must not be at this place. There are NOT any people there to help you....I hate it that you do not have people there to greet you and help you out. I was wondering when I got there and saw the "new set-up" how it would go, and it WAS NOT GOOD ! But I followed the instructions, and when I returned for my shirt, it was out of order. You no longer have anyone in the store to help, assist in any way. I will taking my business elsewhere. I have been a customer for 10 years or should now say was a customer!
I don't want to be greeted by a machine...change is difficult for me
I picked up a columbia button front shirt I had laundered and ironed. When I got home and looked at the back of the shirt the shirt had been pressed with 3 diagonal lines on each side and the back had been pressed with the shirt material inches above the net inner liner of the shirt leaving the shirt material high in the back with the netting exposed on both sides. We have used Sun Country Cleaners since it opened in Lockwood Commons SRQ and we immediately signed up for promo emails yet we have never one time received a coupon for services even though we are dedicated customers. :(
I asked specifically a quote when I dropped clothing off. When I came back I was charged 3 times more. And she lied to my face saying she did not.
