I went to pick up my clothes and was told my order wasn’t completely ready and to come back the next day. It was a TOTAL inconvenience. I didn’t like that the attendant yelled out the brand of the alleged missing item in front of the two male customers. It was embarrassing beyond measure. I went back 2 days later for the “missing” item and she said it wasn’t missing after all and that it was a crazy day when I picked up. $40.00 to clean a king comforter is 25% higher than I’ve ever paid before. I’ll be going somewhere else next time.
Removed stain and creases.
Took a new shirt in for dry clean that had jewelry attached . I got it back with the necklace missing and no one ever offered to pay for the shirt or me even a acknowledged it. I showed the woman a picture of the shirt and said I had the receipt where I bought it 2 days ago at Macy’s but I was never contacted to make it right. I love your service but your plant needs to take better care of people’s clothing and valuables attached. I just wanted management to know.

Delivery guy is great but dry cleaner doesn’t not follow my instructions. I asked for no creases in any pants. They did it for about 2 weeks then creased all my pants. I am missing a lack pair of pants and a blue sweater. The driver has asked the home office to give me a call 2ce but they haven’t. I’m looking for an alternative.

Brought my blouse in for a fix... came for pick up 5 days after the date it was to be ready it was not repaired 😩

Your service is usually good. I have had several incidents where items can back and the white is no longer white. My black and white items cone back black and grey or offwhite. I am looking to switch because of this ongoing issue
