Took a new shirt in for dry clean that had jewelry attached . I got it back with the necklace missing and no one ever offered to pay for the shirt or me even a acknowledged it. I showed the woman a picture of the shirt and said I had the receipt where I bought it 2 days ago at Macy’s but I was never contacted to make it right. I love your service but your plant needs to take better care of people’s clothing and valuables attached. I just wanted management to know.
Business response:
Pam, we strive to provide you with the best possible dry cleaning services possible. It is clear we have not lived up to those high standards, and for that we are sorry. We will be getting in touch with you shortly to see how we correct the situation.
Always helpful and friendly very customer friendly and courteous. They will offer coupon if I didn’t bring mine. I visit your store at least 2x a week. I always ask for light starch and the girls tell me it’s in the computer however there are times that your plant doesn’t comply with my wishes .
Business response:
We’ve given you the best dry cleaning services we possibly could, and in return, you’ve given us the highest rating. We hope this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship!

Richard was wonderful and my clothes came back perfectly. The fact I don’t have to drop them off or pick saves me time in my busy day. Pick and delivery was as expected.
