Today I tried to use the 15% coupon I received on 1/11 which expires on 1/14. I clicked on "Click here to redeem" and also "Click here to add to account". In both cases I received this message: "Unable to load account". The worker at sun country cleaners #46 could not help me. I tried resetting my password, but that also did not help. I am requesting that you apply this 15% coupon to my claim for a king-size blanket: Nebrija, Wendy submitted today around 3pm.
We brought in three pairs of my husband’s dress slacks. Two were cleaned and pressed perfectly. The other pair we are going to have to bring back to you as they have spots-all over them. Looks as if something was spelled on them and Pressed in. I will be bringing them in on Monday, and if this cannot be remedied, we will not be using you again. Linda and Charles Taylor.
I am not in favor of the new self-serve process in the Jacaranda store. I collected my items but found that my shirts had not been starched. Another customer was having a great deal of trouble submitting her laundry and finally gave up and left.
I tried to reply to sender with a question but it said the address was wrong. I want to know if I sign up for delivery service, do I get an invoice to review what you are charging me for?
I have been using the Venice location for a couple months or so. Until recently, I always had my items well taken care and a courteous service. About 6 weeks ago, one of my white shirt did not get the proper treatment. Came back with some yellow stain around the collar, sleeves and some buttons turned yellow as well. I brought it back and requested assistance to get this addressed. hate the new automated system. I changed from another cleaners to you for the personal attention and service. no longer there. I will find another store for my cleaners. Sorry

Larry - Sorry to hear you will be leaving us since the same customer service reps (which I have to agree with you they have outstanding customer service) are still on staff at the store for your personal attention. The beauty of the 24/7 kiosk is it is always there to serve those in need during our non- traditional business hours especially on holidays and Sundays when we would normally be closed. This added feature has been well received in the four counties Sun Country Cleaners serves in the Tampa Bay Area.
We really like the 24/7 automation!

Ive been going to Sun Country for a couple of years. I enjoyed the employees and quality of work. I went to drop off several items to discover that the employees are gone and they wanted me to use a new “drop off and pick up system”. Sorry, I’m not interested. I don’t want to risk using a system like this. I took my clothing elsewhere.
