Something has changed with dry cleaning, my shirts are coming back stained. Maybe a new product is being used? I had to send my white shirts back twice this week. Also, I do not like the new turn around time. You no longer have same day and now it takes 2-4 days.
Service and staff are wonderful! I got a text for the app but it doesn't work on my version of Android.

Your star rating is definitely appreciated, Charlotte. Thanks!
Sun Country Cleaners, We moved from San Diego to Lakewood Ranch and on my research for dry cleaners that pickup/deliver google reviews were questionable but I went ahead and tried your service several times! 1. I’ve had 2 bad experiences and neither one was rectified, second one I was promised a refund and this was for Easter still haven’t seen it!!! First time it was My grandson’s birthday and the clothes weren’t pressed correctly, second time I had my 4 grandson’s outfits being starched was even charged for belts to be pressed when I wasn’t even aware of but they are EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND EXPENSIVE.,,,, spent almost $60 for 4 shirts and 4 shorts for children ages 9 months-4 years old. Will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. BBB HAS ALS... read more
I get my work uniforms wash dry folded every week from you guys and my shirts are so wrinkly they can’t even be fixed with an iron. I would suggest maybe not putting work uniforms in plastic bag.
I have been taking suit jackets along with pants a couple times a week. Lately I’ve had to return a few items because they didn’t get the sweat stains out. Two employees basically said it was my fault that the stains didn’t come out. Begrudgingly 2 different employees said they would send them back for another cleaning. While I appreciate they’re going to send them back I really don’t want to check every product before I leave so I won’t have to come back. Please go back to caring about clients and the clothing clients ... read more

As a long time, loyal customer, I’m happy to share with you very positive feedback about your store on Pasadena Avenue in South Pasadena Florida. I am in that location several times per week and Christy always does a great job of being helpful with excellent customer service. I’m happy to refer other customers to you. Keep up the good work, Christy!
