The staff was friendly and helpful. When I brought in a shirt with stains, the person helping me put tape to mark the stains. When I picked up the laundered shirt, it was stain free. I am very satisfied with the service that I received.
Good morning, I have been told that I am one of your biggest customers. So please help me with communicating what I want more efficiently. On and off, I ask for my shirts to be folded it comes on a hanger, I ask for hanger, it comes folded!!! A couple of times I took my shirts back with a fold tag attached to your store, on a hanger. I had some pieces altered and not only were they done perfectly, they were done earlier than promised and the cost was super reasonable!!!
