I mentioned a stain on one of my shirt sleeves and when the shirts were returned, the stain was gone.
Great service and the pants turned out great! Perfect length. I do have one suggestion. Your website's login page is not using any encryption which means anyone on the web server's network or on the same network as the customer trying to log in can see the login and password in clear text if they are "sniffing" network packets. Stains were removed. Staff was really friendly.
I took my clothes in for dry cleaning and was scheduled to pick them back up a few short days later. As it typically does, days turned into nights, turned into me being late to get my clothes. I simply wrote in a request to have my clothing delivered and they arrived that very night. The personal service is something I hadn't experienced before and is what truly makes this place stand out above the rest.
I brought my purse in to be cleaned. It is a powder blue leather purse which had gotten dirty from use. The cleaners did try to clean it but it did not come out as clean as I hoped. It is somewhat better so not a complete loss.
The navy RL blazer we sent came back covered in lint and hairs and really didn't look like anything was done to it. Other cleaning seemed ok . Laundry was fine. We were hoping for better results.
The staff was friendly and accommodating, but my dress had been shrunk during the cleaning and my husbands military uniform still had chalk marks and lint on the collar. We didn't pay any notice to this until we were at our destination and had to fix these issues right before the ball. That wasn't pleasing.
We were told our pickup would be on Friday not Thursday anymore. Last Friday our clothes were picked up but no bag was left for our clothes for this week. I planned on putting them out tomorrow in a labeled bag and emailed earlier this week telling you I would be doing this. Please let us know what our pickup day will be and leave the appropriate bag for us.
My neighbor up the street, Jason Lang, Miriam drive called this afternoon to say he had some of my dry cleaning in his dry cleaning. Had I not known Jason and he, I , I would have lost my dry cleaning
