In response to the 20% off discount- I brought in a king comforter (not feather or down) and I realize I could buy a brand new one at Marshall’s for your price!!! I have regular pickup service and never question the prices but this one is ridiculous.
I left table cloths. Very disappointed with the pressing. The job looked the same as when I iron them. I was anticipating starched crisp tablecloths.
The drop off / pick up process was very easy. The staff was friendly. The cost to clean 3 dresses was $57 which is very high. The sweat stains on one dress did not come clean in the process. I used a wet cloth at home and got them out.
Did not expect to have the stains in my coat eliminated completely but they were! Very happy!

My coat came back remarkable clean and the timeframe was as expected. But customer service was not very good. When I dropped the coat off the employee was in the clothing racks talking on the phone for 10 min and when I returned he was hanging clothes for 15 min (even after I rang the bell 2 times. I will not come back simply because of the wait time at the counter.
