Requested to have the sleeves of the dress shirts creased, especially my Honor Guard's dress shirt, but none of the shirts were creased. Not sure why, as it was last time I dropped them off.
I waited for someone to arrive at the front desk for, no exaggeration, 8 minutes, after repeatedly saying “excuse me”. There should be someone at the desk at all times. Such poor hospitality
This is the second time I used this cleaner... they ruined the dress I took years ago and yesterday the hook and eye was busted.. didn’t catch til I put dress on for a wedding!!! Never again will I use them! Check ur work folks!!!

I have tried to unsubscribe to your emails multiple times and I continue to get emails from you. Please address this issue
We were away. Wind blew delivery off front door and into bed of mulch and stayed there for days. Mud imbedded in dress shirts. I tried to wash it out to no avail. Owner came, took shirts, cleaned out mud, gratis, all was ok.
I’m shocked at the expense! I didn’t expect to pay $2.75/Shirt. With other companies I’ve paid $1.80 max. I can’t afford your prices so I’m going to have to cancel this service.
There was fuzz from a scarf I wear with this coat still around the neck. I went home and removed it with a lint roller. I don't feel that I should have to put the finishing touches on a coat I just paid to be cleaned.

The prices are very high. And there were pulls in my dress that I don't remember being there when I dropped it off.
