Excellent. Very friendly!
It took a little longer than expected and no update was given advising that it would take longer. I had to call and find out. It was a minimal issue, and my dress was ready the following weekend. It looks nice, and they gave gloves to wear if I want to touch the dress, which is very considerate.

Dear Friends at Signature Cleaners, I had a problem with a coat zipper. It was wearing out and I was unable to close my favorite jacket. I looked for a new coat, but was unable to find a duplicate in the color/style that I had enjoyed for so many years. My friends at Signature Cleaners were willing to replace my zipper and dry clean the coat for me. The tailoring that on had done came out perfect and was completed on time.
I only had to take my husband's pants before the holidays. They were very nice and they garrenteed they would be done the following day. Loved them and will be returning.
Had my rug cleaned. First time using them. Called to check on it after 2 wks- they got back to me next day rug was supposed to be dropped off. Short story - they made a mistake - dropped it off next day no charge. Very surprised- truly they are focused on customer service. Highly recommend.
I dropped off a huge amount of laundry for the wash and fold service. Everything was cleaned very quickly, folded and smelling great. They even delivered my clothes right to my front door. This was my first experience with Signature Cleaners and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a wash and fold service. Thank you!
