The tailoring that on had done came out perfect and was completed on time.
I only had to take my husband's pants before the holidays. They were very nice and they garrenteed they would be done the following day. Loved them and will be returning.
Had my rug cleaned. First time using them. Called to check on it after 2 wks- they got back to me next day rug was supposed to be dropped off. Short story - they made a mistake - dropped it off next day no charge. Very surprised- truly they are focused on customer service. Highly recommend.
I dropped off a huge amount of laundry for the wash and fold service. Everything was cleaned very quickly, folded and smelling great. They even delivered my clothes right to my front door. This was my first experience with Signature Cleaners and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a wash and fold service. Thank you!
Cleaning and packaging well done and impressive. A little pricey.
I brought in a sweater with a large hole in one elbow. I asked if they could fix it, and they said they would try but it wouldn't be great. I figured they would do better than I would, so I left it. Well, I picked it up yesterday and it is GREAT! You can hardly tell it's been mended, and they only charged me $9! I will be back! Thank you, sweater-repair person!
Always a pleasant experience with Signature Cleaners. They go out of their way to give the best service possible, I mostly deal with Joan, when she sees me coming she has my order ready by the time I enter the store. Extremely helpful and courteous!!!!
