It took a little longer than expected and no update was given advising that it would take longer. I had to call and find out. It was a minimal issue, and my dress was ready the following weekend. It looks nice, and they gave gloves to wear if I want to touch the dress, which is very considerate.

Dear Friends at Signature Cleaners, I had a problem with a coat zipper. It was wearing out and I was unable to close my favorite jacket. I looked for a new coat, but was unable to find a duplicate in the color/style that I had enjoyed for so many years. My friends at Signature Cleaners were willing to replace my zipper and dry clean the coat for me.
