The young lady at the counter was lovely. The delivery man was very nice. The only thing that was off was the actual cleaning. The duvet has no body left in it and it seems to have shrunk. The bedskirt pleats have become ruffles. They were both more wrinkled than when I brought them in. For the cost of this cleaning, I would have been better off not bringing them in at all and just airing them out.
I don't feel the service was bad. It is the first time I have been to Rytina, because I've heard your are the best. I was, therefore, very disappointed to hear that my Navajo blanket was rejected and could not be cleaned by you. I think there has to be some way to clean this blanket and I wish you would look, in depth, into cleaning antique textiles as they are part of my business. I have cleaned some in Ivory Snow in tepid water, but not all textiles can be successfully cleaned this way. Thank you for your time.
I called ahead for an estimate on my comforter. Brought it into your store. The day I picked it up the bill was $30.00 -$40.00 more than what I was told. I was not happy at all but paid it. I want to point out I was very through on the phone when it came to getting estimate on my comforter from the girl I spoke to. I even asked if I should bring it in first she said there was no need. I will rethink next time about doing business at your cleaners.
You've done a great job of dry cleaning. And the pick up/delivery guy is great. I'm referring here to the email interface. I tapped on the date I wanted a pick-up but it would not "click." NO complaints about your actual service.
Picked my clothes up two weeks ago Weds. Driver asked if i wanted them back the following Weds. Told him "yes" still have not seen them. This is the third time clothing has been lost or misplaced. Makes me wonder why I keep giving you another try.
