You always do such a great job I wanted to share below: Shirt cleaned and unworn returned last week but missing buttons was not yet returned. Another Shirt cleaned and unworn returned last week with missing buttons and delivered back today is still missing a button even though it had a note attached and returned twice.
I’m rather confused… I gave you a note, saying that my husband’s shirts were to be hung. A shirt was returned folded, along with a blouse of mine, which of course was to be hung. So now we have to wear them with wrinkles. Please read the instructions I typed out so we don’t have this problem in the future. Thank you. (Jim is our pick up and delivery person. Hi there. haven't been paying attention to this very much but after receiving someone elses blouse last week and not knowing if i've paid for it or if my things are ending up in someone elses' things, i will be paying closer attention. AWFUL place, terrible service. I took Brooks Brothers dress shirts in for cleaning, and they ruined several with machine marks in the same place on each shirt. Rytina insisted this was "dirt stains". Yes. I wear Brooks Brothers shirts and suits to dig in the garden. Ridiculous.

I have triple checked and am as positive as I can be that a pair of women’s pink jeans/pants were in my last dry cleaning bag but I was told that Rytina did not receive them. I have searched my home and confirmed with my wife that she placed them inside the bag but they never came back. Obviously, there is no way to prove that I sent them to you nor to prove that you did not receive them— that’s why my review reflects my disappointment

The shirt I am wearing now has a small hole in it by the collar and the button on the sleeve is broken in half. It wasn’t that way when I sent it in.

First time customer dropping off a good amount of clothes. Owner provided great customer service by calling me regarding a stain/light tear in wife’s dress that they were willing to take care of. First noticed there was no price sheet in public view. I personally made the mistake off not asking for standard prices. I should have known when they said “free delivery” delivery cost is in the price of the cleaning.
