I have triple checked and am as positive as I can be that a pair of women’s pink jeans/pants were in my last dry cleaning bag but I was told that Rytina did not receive them. I have searched my home and confirmed with my wife that she placed them inside the bag but they never came back. Obviously, there is no way to prove that I sent them to you nor to prove that you did not receive them— that’s why my review reflects my disappointment
The shirt I am wearing now has a small hole in it by the collar and the button on the sleeve is broken in half. It wasn’t that way when I sent it in.
First time customer dropping off a good amount of clothes. Owner provided great customer service by calling me regarding a stain/light tear in wife’s dress that they were willing to take care of. First noticed there was no price sheet in public view. I personally made the mistake off not asking for standard prices. I should have known when they said “free delivery” delivery cost is in the price of the cleaning. I’m sorry I couldn’t accept the $14 price offer you quoted me. It was not unreasonable, as 2 others I went to after, were right in line w your price point. It’s just not worth it to me to spend the amount I was quoted on the garment I was looking to have dry cleaned. The gal was very nice. Your location is horribly confusing. I’m not sure what the name of that side street is, but it certainly is not on Fulton Ave. Maybe a large sign in front with an arrow would help? Very, very hidden. Thank you~ Sincerely, Melissa J.
I recently left another cleaners for this one. I requested extra starch, the representative said no problem. After picking up my garments which were overpriced 62.00 for 5 items. She told me that ohh it takes a few times before the starch adheres to the fabric, which is a outright lie... Horrible, I would not recommend them to anyone ✌
Asked for shirts to be dry cleaned. Receipt even confirms it. They laundered and ruined my shirts
