I’m sorry I couldn’t accept the $14 price offer you quoted me. It was not unreasonable, as 2 others I went to after, were right in line w your price point. It’s just not worth it to me to spend the amount I was quoted on the garment I was looking to have dry cleaned. The gal was very nice. Your location is horribly confusing. I’m not sure what the name of that side street is, but it certainly is not on Fulton Ave. Maybe a large sign in front with an arrow would help? Very, very hidden. Thank you~ Sincerely, Melissa J.
I recently left another cleaners for this one. I requested extra starch, the representative said no problem. After picking up my garments which were overpriced 62.00 for 5 items. She told me that ohh it takes a few times before the starch adheres to the fabric, which is a outright lie... Horrible, I would not recommend them to anyone ✌

Asked for shirts to be dry cleaned. Receipt even confirms it. They laundered and ruined my shirts

As I see it, you do a great job, but than I’m not the lady of the house but since I do pay the bill every month, I’ve not heard any complaints. All joking aside, I know this is serious information you’re asking for so please be assured, as far as the Sullivan’s are concerned, it’s all thumbs up!!
What is wrong with this website? Why hasn't it been fixed? It has been going n for months. Don't send me these emails if I can't use the site.
