When I dropped off my shirts on May 19 or 20, a new employee, Amy, waited on me and had some difficulty applying a 25% discount to my order which I received via Email and had a copy of the Email with me. When I picked up my shirts yesterday, another new employee, don't know her name, had some difficulty locating my shirts, maybe took her 5 minutes to locate the shirts, and when she checked me out, the 25% discount HAD NOT been applied and after a few minutes, she got it applied and checked me out. Aside from how great my clothes came out, I have never met a nicer staff in my entire life. So accommodating and pleasant. Definitely will be using Roger’s for all of my dry cleaning needs!

Rogers cleaners are Great communicators and here is what I mean by that. I like how I get a Text message asking if I have anything that needs to be picked up the day before they arrive which is wonderful so I know when they are coming. If I need a quick turnaround, they can do it! My other cleaners could not.
