When I dropped off my shirts on May 19 or 20, a new employee, Amy, waited on me and had some difficulty applying a 25% discount to my order which I received via Email and had a copy of the Email with me. When I picked up my shirts yesterday, another new employee, don't know her name, had some difficulty locating my shirts, maybe took her 5 minutes to locate the shirts, and when she checked me out, the 25% discount HAD NOT been applied and after a few minutes, she got it applied and checked me out. Aside from how great my clothes came out, I have never met a nicer staff in my entire life. So accommodating and pleasant. Definitely will be using Roger’s for all of my dry cleaning needs!
