You got stains out that other dry cleaners didn’t. The order is alway ready when promised and staff is very helpful

Well when I dropped the garment off, the customer service rep didn’t advise me of the price. I was set aback when I came to pick it up and was asked for $55. I wasn’t privy to the price and should had been advised before intake. We live in the neighborhood and do business and support Roger’s. The evening gown didn’t need cleaning to that level. Very disappointed and not happy especially with the recession
Very satisfied. Not many cleaners do rugs and pillows.
