Regency is truly professional in all respects. They meet their commitments for having clothing ready when promised and are very good at communicating the status of my dry cleaning order.
My experience was efficient, service was seamless, and the work performed was excellent. I appreciate the timely notification via text and email to inform me that my cleaning was ready.
As usual, a great cleaning job. I was disappointed, however, to see the two young attendants not wearing masks. The one who helped me put on their mask before coming to the counter, but for public safety they need to be wearing them while they work.
