GM, To whom it may concern I have been and loyal customer for Regency Cleaners for over 33 year and I got slapped in the face this morning when I was informed that from this day forward I have to prepay for my clothes that I been putting in your cleaner that I have to pay for when I drop them off, I was told that this came from the owner or someone high up, Well I guess when I pick up my clothes this afternoon it will be the end of doing business with Regency Cleaners. We appreciate your business very much Stephone. We at Regency have had to make some adjustments since the pandemic. Customers that have previously had items written off, meaning they were not picked up within 180 days of processing and were subsequently donated, are now on a Prepaid Only status. This is nothing personal and we certainly do not want to loose your business, we just cannot continue to loose money. The spot is still on my pink sweater along with another spot where it appears something from another garment bled on the pink sweater. Also, the blue/white futon down sweater still has a couple of spots on the white color. This isn’t the first time I have had to return garments to Regency Cleaners to be cleaned again!

I dropped off two smelly coats to be cleans in hopes that the smell would removed. I was very disappointed when I picked them up and brought them home smelling the same way. I honestly could have bought a new coat for what I was charged for the so-called cleaning if my two coats. I will not be returning to this cleaners again!

I have been coming to your cleaners for over 10 years. For the last 3 years every time I bring my closed there buttons are continuously being broken on my shirts.

I took some shirts (9) in last Friday (2/28/20) to be laundered, light starch & hung. They had manufacture labels that said ‘dry clean’, but I specifically said I wanted the washed, starched & pressed. I even signed an agreement/acknowledgment that this was not recommended. When I went to pick them up today (3/3/20) the cost said they had been dry cleaned, which is around twice the cost of what I asked for. This is not the 1st time this has happened.
