I asked for everything to be dry cleaned, and they chose to launder my shirts instead without my permission, ruining three $250 shirts that have only ever been dry cleaned before. When I request dry cleaning from a dry cleaner I expect them to dry clean it, like it says on the outside of the building. I was told “they choose” to launder those things themselves…but I don’t care what they choose. Not so much this time but almost every other time we have been dissatisfied with the removal of spots. Numerous times we get it back with a tag that says “unable to remove spot.” Each time I used a spot remover at home, washed the garment and the spot came out. You all do a very poor job of cleaning the ring around the collar. I have started to pretreat with spot remover before I drop it off to get the ring out

This place has gone downhill. They are sloppy and I've had to have them redo multiple items each visit. I'm never going back here. STAY AWAY.

$9+ to clean a ladies blouse? How much is a Mens shirt to do the same… TOO EXPENSIVE
The dry cleaning is so high. I spent at least $200.00 per mo. On dry cleaning. Please lower prices!

I pointed out a stain on the material, which he marked and said it could probably be removed, if not they would let me know. When I went to pick up the garments I specifically asked about the stain and was told since there was not a tag it was removed. The tag would indicate it couldn’t be removed. Well the stain was still there. . First I was quoted an incorrect price, he said “around $35.00 when I picked up it was $71.00.

I parked the car, walked to the door, opened it (it closed behind me) I asked the lady if I could get the items back today, she said yes, I gave them to her, opened the door, walked back to the car, got in and left. Part two is a real cliff hanger. I hope they make a movie to honor the experience
I told the cashier that I was not satisfied with the service my clothes look like they was just washed and dried and regular ironed I could've did it myself

I have been doing business with your company for many years now, but each time l have a problem your manager would not want to resolve it. For instance, your company damaged my shirt last year the manager refused to take responsibility and my daughter dress got damaged but nobody want to take responsibility.
