I dropped off 2 dresses with delicate stones and they were able to wash and press without them coming off! And super quick turn around time

I came inside because a customer at drive thru was taking over 10 minutes. I overheard from cashiers talking that her order was lost. The young lady that helped me seemed unfamiliar with what she was doing. She was being instructed step by step from the second cashier.
