Excellent customer service! My clothes always look like new when I pick them up.
Excellent and timely service. Text messages alert me to completion of my order and remind me when I can pickup my clothes. Staff are always courteous, polite, happy, and helpful.
Very good service!!!! Took it in and it was smelly got it back and it was awesome and it smells like classic leather smell.
I really like Puritan Cleaners they are great! The laundry is always clean and delivered directly to my door. They replace buttons when missing or broken. ❤️

This is the best customer service I have received from any cleaners in my 40 years of using a dry cleaners. They make an effort to clean delicate and challenging clothing. I will only use them. I go to the staples mill location but also like the parham shop.
