Darren saved a merino wool cardigan that didn't come in as described. Too short in sleeves and torso. When I picked it up, he had managed to get another 3-4" in length. A game changer! Thanks so much!

Dropped of cleaning in Scott’s Addition because I needed it quickly. I was greeted by a very friendly attendant who efficient and cheerful. Cloths were ready the next day and the experience was just the same but with a different gal. I love Puritan!
