Sandy and her team did their usual excellent work.
Dropped of cleaning in Scott’s Addition because I needed it quickly. I was greeted by a very friendly attendant who efficient and cheerful. Cloths were ready the next day and the experience was just the same but with a different gal. I love Puritan!
They ALWAYS go above and beyond, amazing service!! The care they take makes me wish I could have them everywhere I travel. Best dry cleaner ever, even does complimentary repairs on items you didn’t even realize were in disrepair! Love this dry cleaner, please NEVER change!

I've been using Puritan Cleaners in Richmond, VA for over 20 years - they are consistently excellent! Three years ago I moved over one hour away from Richmond, and tried every dry cleaner establishment in my area and was very disappointed. I work in a professional setting and have to get my clothes dry cleaned frequently - it is extremely important for my clothing to be cleaned and pressed perfectly the first time, as I travel for work 11 months of the year and am only home every 2-3 weeks, typically flying home Friday nigh... read more
