Staff is very nice and friendly. Puritan is top notch but quite expensive.

I've been using Puritan Cleaners in Richmond, VA for over 20 years - they are consistently excellent! Three years ago I moved over one hour away from Richmond, and tried every dry cleaner establishment in my area and was very disappointed. Excellent and timely service. Text messages alert me to completion of my order and remind me when I can pickup my clothes. Staff are always courteous, polite, happy, and helpful.

I really like Puritan Cleaners they are great! The laundry is always clean and delivered directly to my door. They replace buttons when missing or broken. ❤️
