Your company posts drive up assistance with loading and unloading. Yet there is no assistance available. The bags are very heavy. Your prices are high for wash hand fold. And the products I requested.ate not used do laundry dies not have a pleasant clean smell. I have spent 250.09+ on two occasions. Does that warrant assistance? On the last occasion, two kind gentlemen customers assisted me. I won't be using your service again.

Dry clean two runner rugs. Purchased two rug pads. Told it would take two to three weeks. Called on third week to find out the rugs were ready. Paid for rugs, but pads were not ready. Left one rug and took one with me. Followed up two weeks later and was told to call rug rep. No answer, no return call. Followed up a week later. Finally got a person to tell me the pads would be ready to pick up the following Tuesday 2/16. I got my wedding dress cleaned and preserved. When I first came in, I asked a bunch of questions because I was not familiar with the process/pricing of the cleaning and preservation. I was told that it would cost about $200 for both (after seeing the dress) and I would get a call when everything was done in about 6 weeks. Sounds great to me. 2.5 months later no call.
