Maybe I don't have a clear understanding for what a dry cleaning service does. I think 2 of my 8 garments came back without wrinkles. Everything else looked like they came from my dirty laundry bin, bunched up with lint.

Their computer system was down, but they still allowed me to pick up my wife's dress... and come back the next day to pay them. Service and trust, what more could a customer want???!!!
Front desk staff is less than helpful- rude and dismissive with questions and rushes you out. Won’t be going back. Also way overpriced

They ruined One of my decorative pillows for my sofa. There’s a section where the green is bleached out. The supervisor for dry cleaning insisted it couldn’t of been them. I asked for the owner to call me and have heard nothing! Hand Craft would never have been so lax! I was not even reimbursed for the dry cleaning!

The service was ok but the prices are unacceptable. I was charged $14.10 to press a dress. Not to launder or dry clean but PRESS a sweet mole dress and $14.10 is a ridiculous price to pay. I will never visit Puritan again.

The staff was very nice and accommodating, it’s a nice facility, and the clothes came out fine. I’ve just never in my life paid that much for someone to clean my clothes and there are no prices listed anywhere. It was my fault for not asking because I was in a rush. But there should be some sort of disclaimer, or a hey, btw, this is gonna cost x amount of money. I paid 110$ for 7 items, and maybe I’m just a cheap ass, but unfortunately this was all resale items. Employees were very nice, and quality of the alterations was good, but the service was very expensive. Cost for hemming two pair of trousers was $53.00! Wow.

Our experience has been disappointing so far. There have been continuous mistakes.... shirts hung not folded, jackets failed to be picked up for cleaning and spots overlooked, and seemingly lost items. The fact that we are not given an itemized list of things when we drop off is risky and disturbing. We hope you will continue to improve.
