I live at a retirement community and Puritan Cleaners picks up individual bags of dry cleaning twice a week.. Several weeks ago I sent 3 pieces for dry cleaning - and only one was returned in my labelled bag. After two weeks another Puritan location emailed me saying they had my cleaning - and there were the missing two pieces.
For the second time in five months, you all have lost my garments. I don’t need dry cleaning very often, and I have never had a place lose a garment. It’s seems absolutely disgraceful.

It took longer than expected to complete the area rug cleaning service and I was never contacted about it. I had to initiate the call.

My review: We took our 5x7 child’s rug in for cleaning and scotchgard January 10. The clerk asked first did I want scotchgard? I said yes and cleaning. He said the total would be $130. It was promised by January 26. On January 26 I received a call asking if we knew the scotchgard would be $30? I said we were quoted $130 total so I suppose so. Dropped off and picked up in 48 hrs.
They lost my shirt and never called to tell me after over a month. Very disappointing experience.

My sweater had all spots removed & the sweater looked great. Customer service was lacking. The lady saw when I was getting out of my car, but went into the back by the time I was in the door. No one came out for 2 minutes. I finall asked if someone was going to wait on me. It was only then, that I was waited on. Not pleasantly either. I miss the sweet ladies from Handcraft cleaners. I will not be back.
