Clean Building! Excellent customer service. Young workers (teens) need a bit of training to know their procedures and what services they provide. All in all, great!
Brought my coat in to be cleaned on Dec 6th. Came to pick it up on the 8th (it was promised on the 7th) to hear that they had to fix something but should be back the following day. I wasn’t able to get back in until the end of the week and still no coat but the manager would call me Monday. I never got that call. I called them about Thursday, Dec 19th to hear that the mgr was out sick, blah blah. Mgr did call me back to apologize, say they had to order a new zipper and should be back early Jan. Expensive even with 20% off. One item of clothing has not been ready 2 days in a row.
Have used Puritan Cleaners for 40 yrs and would not use anyone else !!!
Cleaning was good, but I felt your prices were way too high.
The clothing wasn’t pressed and still wrinkled
we don’t use you very often anymore since you stoped greasing Bermuda shorts in the correct way
I asked that starch not be put in my shirts and they came back starched. I continue to have issue. I may start doing my shirts at home.
